Marriage Licenses

To obtain a marriage, both people must apply in person at the Town Clerk's office. There are additional requirements for obtaining a marriage certificate and we suggest youread this document:

Birth Certificates

To obtain a copy of a birth certificate of a person who was born in Walpole, please provide the Town Clerk with the person's name and date of birth. You can visit the office at the Town Hall or contact the Town Clerk's office at (508)660-7296. Fee is $10.00

If the person was not born in Walpole, you can obtain a birth certificate by contacting the Dept of Vital Records and Statistics at (617)740-2603 or visit their website.

Death Certificates
