Remedy Implementation Plan
These PDFs include a document and transmittal letter (including executive summary) that are being sent to MassDEP and the information repository at the Public Library, and slides that were presented at the 3/14/12 Public Meeting. The attached Final Phase IV Remedy Implementation Plan presents the design for a Comprehensive Remedial Action that is expected to be a Permanent Solution for the Site.
Draft Remedy Implementation Plan (RIP) Presentation
On March 14, 2012 at 7:00 PM in the Main Meeting Room at the Town Hall AMEC and Baker Hughes Inc. will present a summary of the Draft Remedy Implementation Plan (RIP) and be available to answer questions on the document. The RIP will be in the Walpole Town Library and the MassDEP public information repositories by February 29.

Site. The attached reports include responses to public comments on the draft versions, which were the subject of our public meeting at Town Hall on 12/6/11. The comments and responses appear in appendices of each document.
December 6, 2011 Public Meeting
AMEC and Baker Hughes Inc. will present a summary of the Public Comment Draft of the Phase II Comprehensive Site Assessment (CSA) Addendum and the Response Action Outcome (RAO) Statement for the Bird Machine Company Site on Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at 7:00 PM in the Main Meeting Room at the Town Hall.
The public comment period for the Draft CSA Addendum and Draft RAO Statement will begin on November 16, 2011 and will extend through December 12, 2011. Comments can be submitted to Chris Clodfelter of Baker Hughes at the following address:

Copies of the Draft CSA Addendum and Draft RAO Statement will be available at the MassDEP Southeast Regional Office (File Review Telephone Number: 508-946-2718) and at the Walpole Public Library (Telephone Number: 508-660-7341) or may be download from the links below. A copy of the executive summary of the Draft CSA Addendum, which summarizes the findings and conclusions presented in the document, is attached to transmittal letter (also below).
October 25, 2011 Public Meeting
AMEC and Baker Hughes Inc. will present a summary of the Draft Remedial Action Plan (RAP) and be available to answer questions on the document. The RAP will be in the Walpole Town Library and the MassDEP public information repositories by October 6. You can also download it here.

filling of greater than 150 cubic yards. The Special Permit Request,
dated 25 July 2008, has been withdrawn at the request of Baker Process,
Inc.
