2008-42 Fisher School Classroom VCT Installation Quote is due on
or before Wednesday , May 14, 2008 at 10:00 AM
This work is
expected to begin sometime after June 20, 2008 and be completed
by August 29, 2008. The scope of the work consists of: 1. Supply
and install Armstrong Standard VCT in the following rooms at Fisher
School, Rooms Number 11,12,115,116, 117, 118. 2. Supply and install
floor patch where required. 3. Supply and install vinyl base where
requested. 4. Supply and install transition strips.
The responsible
vendor who submits the lowest price will be expected to pay prevailing
wages and supply the Town of Walpole proof of insurance coverage
including Worker's Compensation. The successful vendor also shall
be required to submit documentation that all employees to be employed
in the work subject to this quote have successfully completed a
course in construction safety approved by United States OSHA that
is at least 10 hours in duration. The selected contractor must furnish
a 50% payment bond.

no later than 10:00 AM, Wednesday , May 14, 2008. Responses can

2008-41 Asbestos Removal Fisher School Quote is due on or before
Wednesday , May 14, 2008 at 10:00 AM
This work is
expected to commence June 20, 2008 and be completed by August 29,
2008. The scope of the work consists of: Remove asbestos floor tile
from five classrooms at Fisher Elementary School. The classrooms
are, Rooms Number 11,12,115,116, 117, 118.
All work to
be performed under strict compliance with all State and Federal
Official Agency and Local regulations.
The responsible
vendor who submits the lowest price will be expected to pay prevailing
